Hi, I'm Michael R. Pierce, a seasoned C-level professional with a diverse portfolio of experience in real estate, sales, marketing, and business management. I'm renowned for successfully navigating national and local real estate markets with 16 years of experience as a real estate broker owner.
My educational journey began in Carroll High School, where I gained the fundamentals of business studies in 1982. These formative years provided the foundation for my future career path, developing essential business management skills and cultivating my entrepreneurial mindset.
My career kicked off in 1980 at Payless Shoe Source as an Area Manager. This role ignited my passion for sales and managing client relationships. The next phase of my professional journey led me to a fruitful stint at Valdosta Industrial Chemical as a Sales Representative, followed by a significant 13-year tenure at Houston Paper Company, where I distinguished myself as a top Sales Manager.

In 2000, I took the helm as the President at Xpress Source, where we achieved monumental annual revenue growth to $30 million within four years. As the CEO, I dedicated myself to optimizing business operations and maintaining profitability.

Transitioning into real estate, I embarked on my role as Operating Partner and then President at RE/MAX Southern Properties LLC. Within just four years, we achieved a substantial 24% market share. My successful stint at this company earned me the RE/MAX International Broker/Owner of the Year award in 2008.

Presently, I serve as the Owner of AMP Realty LLC and Cottonside Construction LLC, and I also own RE/MAX Traditions, fostering a culture of excellence and high customer satisfaction. My leadership in these roles is underpinned by the ethos of delivering superior service to our clients.
